Season Healthcare Living Ltd (IoM) was born out of the company owners’ passion and real life experience of looking after loved ones, who had long-term health issues, some had physical and learning disabilities. These personal experiences developed the passion and compassion, which has led to a lifetime commitment to the care sector.

We wish to utilise our skills, knowledge and experience gained through accomplished careers in several countries and sectors (both public and private), to create a compelling market offer that will provide socio-economic value to our service users resulting in high quality care. Between us, we have a total of more than 60 years’ experience in strategic leadership and governance, business management, project management, resource and financial management, service delivery, risk management and many other skills that supports running a successful, robust, and compliant Domiciliary Care business.

The staff and management at Season are second to none. Douglas and Mosleen are amazing. They are highly experienced, friendly and easy to get along with and always have our son’s best interests at heart. Our Training

All of our carers have attained Tier 3 (Complex Care) training to ensure that all our workforce can cross-work, affording us the ability to provide care for individuals with both lower-level needs and those requiring 24-hour care.
All care workers also have Delegated Health Care Tasks (DHCT) training.

We are registered with the Registration and Inspection (R&I) in the Isle of Man and with Care Quality Commission (CQC) in the UK and have been chosen to partner with the NHS Foundation Trust, Continued Healthcare, County Councils, NHS Pan-London Complex Health and Southeast Coast Ambulance Service.

Another organisation we work with is Pan London Practice Learning Group for whom we deliver Tier One, Two and Three levels of carers and nurses.
